In 2018 I supported Taglicht Media as a local fixer for the ARTE production Cruising the Baltic Sea – A Summer on the Water. My work focused on the Swedish part of the shoot, where I assisted a four-person crew with location logistics, contacts, access coordination and on-the-ground problem-solving to ensure a smooth and efficient production. The five-part series follows a summer cruise across the Baltic Sea, exploring the region’s cultures and landscapes through local voices. While other teams covered the cruise-ship and additional country segments, the Swedish episode introduces viewers to a picturesque coastal setting and the stories of the people who call it home. The series offers an intimate and authentic look at everyday life in the region and connects it to the broader journey across the Baltic.
