Created as part of our studies at London Guildhall University, this documentary centres on four London girls who play together in a band. Rather than portraying them literally as fairies, the film uses the imaginative viewpoint of a girl who wishes she were one — a visual metaphor for the generosity, joy and positivity the band tries to bring into the world. Through music, rehearsal moments and the young girl’s dreamlike perspective, the documentary blends reality with gentle fantasy. I worked on this production as the editor, helping shape its tone and narrative flow.
