As part of a World Bank & LeadIT delegation tour across Sweden and Norway, I was responsible for the visual documentation of the journey. The delegation visited a range of locations, engaging with local stakeholders, experts, and projects to exchange knowledge and explore solutions within the Nordic context. My role was to translate this dense, fast-moving program into accessible and engaging storytelling. Each day, I produced and published a short video summary capturing the key moments, insights, and atmosphere of the visits – from site tours and discussions to informal exchanges between participants. The goal was to create immediate visibility and a shared narrative for everyone involved, even beyond those physically present. At the end of the week, I brought everything together into a comprehensive summary film, highlighting the overarching themes, learnings, and connections formed during the trip. The project combined rapid production in the field with a strong editorial focus while the subject matter itself closely reflects my own mission to push forward in sustainable transformations.
