During my time at the postproduction company Posthuset, I worked as Postproduction Assistant on Borkman’s Punkt, one of the crime dramas in the Van Veeteren series. The story begins with what seems like a straightforward inquiry, but unexpected developments force the investigators to reassess their assumptions, confront conflicting loyalties, and navigate the psychological undercurrents behind the crime. Atmospheric, character-driven and tightly paced, Borkman’s Punkt continued the strong reach of the Nesser adaptations, premiering in SF cinemas across Sweden and later airing on SVT. My work in postproduction supported the final finishing stages that brought the film to screen.
