While working at the postproduction house Posthuset, I contributed as Postproduction Assistant on Moreno och tystnaden, another instalment in the cinematic adaptations of Håkan Nesser’s Van Veeteren novels. The film centres on Inspector Moreno, who takes on the disappearance of a teenage girl — a case that at first appears routine but soon uncovers a network of silence, intimidation and buried truths. As the investigation deepens, Moreno is forced to confront not just the crime itself, but the social structures and quiet complicity that surround it. With its strong character focus and tense atmosphere, Moreno och tystnaden continued the series’ wide national reach, premiering in Swedish cinemas and later being shown on SVT. My role in postproduction supported the technical processes that shaped the final film.
