For LeadIT’s first promotional film, I created a video built entirely from stock footage to introduce the initiative and its mission. LeadIT — the Leadership Group for Industry Transition — was launched on 23 September 2019 by the prime ministers of Sweden and India at the UN Secretary-General’s Climate Action Summit in New York. The group brings together countries and companies committed to driving industrial decarbonisation and reaching net-zero emissions from heavy industry by 2050. Supported by the World Economic Forum and hosted by the Stockholm Environment Institute, LeadIT aims to accelerate the global shift toward climate-aligned steel, cement, chemicals and other hard-to-abate sectors. My work focused on shaping a clear and compelling narrative using only stock material, helping establish LeadIT’s visual identity and communicate its purpose to an international audience.
