For LeadIT’s five-year milestone, I created a video summarising the initiative’s achievements since its launch and outlining the challenges that remain in transitioning heavy industry in line with the Paris Agreement. The film accompanied the publication of LeadIT’s first comprehensive five-year report, capturing key insights on country collaboration, industrial roadmaps, technological breakthroughs and policy progress. The video premiered at COP29 in Baku, where LeadIT presented the report to global policymakers, industry leaders and climate negotiators. My role was to craft a clear and engaging visual story that communicated the initiative’s impact to an international audience.
